If you are no longer able to attend your booking please let us know as soon as possible so we can try and refill the spots and recoup lost costs.
A fee of £15 per ticket will be kept for cancellations or transfer requests occurring 5 days in advance of the event occurring (not including day of event) and we'll be unable to process any refunds within 3 days of the event occurring (not including day of event).
Outside of these timeframes we can transfer your ticket cost back to you or offer a transfer to another event.
This is due to materials being ordered for each person in advance in reflection of ticket sales. Cancellations within these timeframes leave us at a low chance of refilling spots whilst out of pocket for materials.
