Heather and Emma’s 16+ year long, beautiful friendship has now developed into a business with one goal in mind: making Ceramics a more accessible art form here in Nottingham, and having a whole lot of fun along the way.

Our main goal is to open our studio: The Kilnhouse. Equipped with memberships, courses, one-off workshops, throwing wheels, themed events and a whole lot more. We're working on it, so watch this space!

A Nottingham based ceramicist, specialising in throwing and hand building.
“I spend my time making, teaching and co-hosting Pots and Pints events with my very best pal. I have always been fascinated with the alchemy of clay, and my pieces are the amalgamation of studio pottery influence and experimental forms to bring the extra ordinary to every day objects.”
Passionate about access to crafts in education, and bringing the art of the handmade into every day life. Emma focuses on the small details in her work to invoke a calming and sublime space.

A Nottingham based ceramicist, specialising in handmade forms and slip-casting.
HALLO Ceramics present to you a wide range of hand-made ceramic jewellery and homewares that explore an array of enticing colours, playful shapes and intriguing patterns.
Using bold colours paired with individual design, Heather's works are designed to explore expression and empowerment through jewellery and to create homeware items that inject character and flare into your homes. Through this, she hopes you are able to tap into that side of you that you want to spend more time with.
